This recipe is old:One and a half cups Butter, softened3 cups Sugar4 teaspoons Pure lemon extract 5 Large eggs3 cups all-Purpose flour6 ounces/three-fourths cup 7UPCombine butter,sugar and extract in a large bowl; beat until light and fluffy.Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, mixing well. Stir in 7 Up. Spoon into a well greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325 1 hour and 25 minutes. Test after and hour . Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes.
