If you make cooked fudge it would be good for that.

I also have a recipe for a pineapple casserole type thing that uses evaporated milk.  If anyone wants it, I'll be happy to post it.

ammu,an answer to your question. In my opinion you could use the evaporated milk just about anyway you would use regular milk.In mashed potatoes ,coffee, tea and creamed soups to name a few. When you say full cream I'm assuming you mean not low fat or 2% ?

I believe you are mistaken with your description since you cannot buy a "full cream" evaporated milk from Carnation in US. The only country that I know for sure has a "full cream" evaporated milk made by Carnation is China. The can actually says "full cream" on the label next to the carnation flowers and it is yellowish color unlike the white color evaporated milk here. "Evaporated" milk is just slightly thicker than regular milk and it is not sweet whereas "condensed" milk you mentioned is very thick like honey and extremely sweet. I have the pleasure of tasting this "full cream" Carnation evaporated milk while traveling in China when having English tea and the taste was phenomenal and rich. Carnation USA does not make this "full cream" evaporated product at all here in this country. Wish I could buy this "full cream" evaporated milk product from Carnation in this country.

You can chop some stawberries and add sugar. Wait some minutes and the sugar will melt the strawberries. Add the cream you bought and stir slowly, gently until all the strawberries are covered with this cream. Enjoy.

p.s.= You can melt chocolate in bars and add this cream to it and fill choclate cakes and/or cover chocolate cakes, ice-cream, etc....  This carnation full cream gives texture to many creams we need it creamy  Tongue Out I love it !!!
