Fall Colors in My Skillet

I sliced green, red, yellow , & orange bell peppers & put them on a white plate so I could slice some onions,  the colors were so pretty & fall like. I think I noticed them more on the white plate instead of the cutting board.

Imade this dish that had the dirrerent color pepers and it had the stir fried blend to it .

I love it when a food is so colorful.  Some times, I'll buy that pasta that is three colors and make pasta salad.  It looks so pretty especially when you add tomatoes, cheese, etc..

Nancy G.  I cooked bite size pieces of chicken breasts, the peppers & onions with some salsa, frozen corn, cream cheese & mixed in some cooked rice(hubby put a little shredded cheese on top of the hot mix on his plate)

I have heard that adding more color to your plate means you are eating healthier.  Probably due to the color(s) of fruit and veggies.

 GRANA here; Sounds like the beginning of fajtas & yes they do look attractive on a whitedish/platter.

I bet it tasted as good as it looked,I'm a pepper addict! Food always looks beautiful on white and black plates,depending on the food served.
