I used to be a lot better about eating breakfast every day.  When I worked for a shopping service I had to eat breakfast because I never knew when I would get done or if I would have time for lunch.  Then I went to work at a bank where people used to bring us donuts and bagels almost every day and I quit eating breakfast.  Bad move, I gained a lot of weight when I worked there!  Now I try to have oatmeal at least three times a week for breakfast or I'll grab a yogurt to tide me over until lunch.

MON.WED.& fRI. I have either hot or cold whole grain cereal( cold w/ skim milk& fruit; hot w/a dash of salt. 
OnTues. Thurs & Sat   . I have  1/2 cup cup of yougurt; 1/2 whole grain bagel w/cottage cheese or a high fiber muffin( blueberry or banana-nut;   hot  coffee/ cocoa or tea
On overnight trips;  if the hotel offers a complimentary "continental" breakfast;I pick items similar to those I  would have at home,sometimes adding an extra piece of  fresh fruit  &/or a Danish pastry.

On special occasions( birthdays, anniversaries or  an overnight guest who want to take us out for  breakfast,
I enjoy the full "works"  bufffet at a nearby "luxury" hotel: offering everything from plain or French  toast to Belgian waffles; bagels cream cheese & lox; fruit  platters; pastry platters; lots of fresh fruits.
I pass up the eggs Benedict; roast  beef;baked ham & sugary cereals; for those items I'm unable to get at home.
We all eat so much that no one wants lunch out while we travel around the region ( Mass.Vermont;N.H.; Maine, taking in  museums; the seacoast &misc. tourist places.. We might stop for some coffee or tea or ice cream No one is really hungry but,(lots of terific  homemade ice cream stands in our area. We get home in  the evenning  & I " throw together" a qt. or 2  of Asian soup  w/ asst.  Asian appetizers; hot tea; fresh fruit.
A light, satisfying  meal that keeps us till breakfast the next day & doesn't over stuff us before bedtime.Frown.

Yes, we eat breakfast every morning.  It varies---oatmeal, cold cereal, english muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, pancakes, french toast.  I usually ask my husband what he would like and since we don't have the same thing every day, it is fine with me.  Sometimes what we have depends upon how much time I have and what I need to do that day.  But, we always have breakfast!!!

Good grief!!  It sounds as though you must somehow be in our kitchen--that is our typical routine.  Just as a treat somedays, my husband will go to the best bakery in town and splurge on a cream filled straight for me and a Persion roll for him!  We also add fruit just about every day.

Yes I do.  I start off the morning with a mug of coffee and get online for awhile. Then I usually mix 4 different cold cereals in a bowl, add  bite sized dried fruits, skim milk and I'm ready to eat.  I like the variety in the bowl. To just eat one kind of cereal is too boring to me.

I just finished my morning "smoothie" Today I made it with a base of V8Splash, the Cherry Pomegranate a chocolate protein powder and a half glass of ice and a spoon full of 0 fat yogurt.  Pretty good if I do say so.
Yesterday it was A frozen banana, protein powder, yogurt, and ice.  I think I like the Cherry Pomegranate much better.

When I was younger, I had issues with low blood sugar, so I learned to eat breakfast every day and though I no longer have that low blood sugar issue, I still have to have three meals a day.

I usually have a banana or dried plums with a few almonds first thing in the morning, before I work out. After the work out I eat some protein, like turkey sausage, and an orange or apple.
