We usually have ham for Easter. As a side we always make potatoes. These are a favorite at our house: Harvest Potatoes ----------------------- 1 (2 lb. bag) frozen hash brown potatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 (16 oz) carton sour cream 1 stick oleo, melted 1 chopped onion Use a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and cover with crushed corn flake crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
