Every year at our Easter bake sale, I bake Easter bonnet cookies. Then my girls, five of them now, decorate them into old-fashioned bonnets using mini jelly beans, fruit leather, skittles, and mini m&m's. Recently we have had to change our ways and add a few baseball caps to the mix, but we are having a blast nonetheless. What are you making for Easter?

How fun!  We make big bunny cakes with coconut "fur" frosting!

I usually make coconut "nests" and make small egg shaped chocolate candies.

I like to make the Chocolatey Nest egg shortbread cookies on this site.  However I use a drizzle of white chocolate rather than the glaze they suggest!!  My grand daughters love them!!!
