Retaj -- how about fruit?    In this heat  I can't think of a better dessert  than ice cold watermelon.

I agree with Nancy; how about a nice melon or fruit salad is very refreshing!

I make a mousse with Jello pudding mix, cool whip and milk.  You can find the recipe on the box of pudding mis.  Delicious!

Try the VBB Key Lime Pie. It is simple and delicious. All you need are three fresh limes, a graham cracker crust and topping.

Anything cool will do - fruit, popsicles, ice cream or sherbert.

Some people I know freeze grapes and other small pieces of fruit.  It is cold, refreshing and more healthy too.

This is a very very easy one.  Takes almost no time at all.
"Mousse" Pie
1 Prepared crumb crust, (baked or baked your choice to turn on oven or not.)
1 Container, 8 ounces  Whipped topping, (Cool Whip or other brand) Thawed
1 Container flavored yogurt, I like raspberry but lemon works very well.
Fresh fruit to garnish.

Put yogurt in bowl and stir until smooth, fold in thawed whipped topping. Pour into crust and refrigerate.  Garnish with fresh fruit if you like.  If using lemon or lime yogurt some zest of lemon would work.  Make a Mojito flavor, use lemon or lime and fold in mint leaves or just garnish with mint as it can get pretty strong.
This can also be fairly low in calories and fat if you use low or 0 fat yogurt and the "lite" topping.

When we were kids my Dad made us watermelon milk shakes. He would put vanilla ice and watermelon in a blender.Very tasty and refreshing. If it was too thick he added a little milk. Now that that memory came back I think I need to make this!
