Sounds good -- could I have a recipe, please.

For my dinner I pulled out a zip-lock freezer bag full of my cabbage-ham soup.

Hi Nancy - The recipe is at this site - http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/foil-pack-chicken-fajita-dinner-111262.aspx . I also add fresh, chopped cilantro just before serving.

It has been cooler than normal around here also I don't know what I am making for dinner just yet but I will be making something sweet to much on. Even though I can't eat it. I am still trying to loose weight.

I love these cool days! It gives me a reason to turn on the oven and bake something. Yesterday I baked
3 different kinds of cookies. Not sure what it will be today. Maybe a chicken recipe for dinner....and....cookies
for dessert!

Good morning going to make lasagna for my daughter and grand children. Have to go to the store and get the ingredients. Cool and rainy day here so far. Have not made lasagna in a while. I mentioned that and now my daughter would like some, lol

Made albondigas (meatball soup) last night. Today I will be making potato leak. Sweet & spicy corn bread. I've been wanting some of that for sometime now.
