Glenda -- here's the microwave fudge recipe I use ........ MICROWAVE FUDGE 3 6 oz. pkgs of chocolate chips (I use 12 oz of semi-sweet and 6 oz milk chocolate) 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk dash salt 1 cup nuts Melt the chocolate chips (I use microwave) in a small bowl. Stir in Eagle Brand, salt and nuts. Dump into small 8" or 9" buttered pan Refrigerate until hard. I always cool just a little while then slice the fudge and return to fridge

I have tried this recipe. Very good. Hard to go wrong with a recipe where you "Zap", "Stir", "Dump" and "wait" the waiting is the hard part. I also line my pan with parchment paper just to make it easier to remove from the pan. The flavor possibilities with this recipe is almost limitless.
