In Response to Chocolate Sour Cream Bundt Cake::
1 3/4 cup flour, 1 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 1/2 teas. baking soda, 1 teas. salt, 1/4 cup milk, 2/3 cup butter softened, 1 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 teas. vanilla,Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.Beat butter until soft and beat in eggs one at a time,mix in sour cream,milk and vanilla.Now mix in dry ingredients and beat on a medium speed for 3 minutes.Preheat oven 350* grease and flour a bundt pan.Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.Cool for ten minutes then remove cake from the pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.This can be glazed or sprinkled with confectioner sugar when cool.
