Great recipe right here. I made these for the first time today and will be making a lot of them in the future.
I used the cherries in the center of half of them .... I used pecan halves on the other cookies.

These are GOOD cookies ... I'm glad to see other people currently making them.
The ones where I omitted the cherry and added a pecan half were the most popular.
