I just received this recipe from my niece,I baked it yesterday and it is outstanding.

Baked Cheesecake
Use a 9 inch springform pan
6 -8oz.packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cup of sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 teas.vanilla
1 1/2 cups almond meal, some stores carry this I made my own by using my food processer to make the blanched almonds into a meal.

Most important cream cheese and eggs must be room temperature! Preheat oven  350*
Spray or grease the inside of a spring form pan with a flat bottom.Coat the inside of the pan with the almond meal
Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until well creamed, add the vanilla and sugar and incorporate well
Add eggs one at a time and beat well before adding the next.Beat vey well, this will produce a creamy cheesecake
Pour mixture into prepared spring form pan
Bake for 50 minutes check to see if it is done and keep checking every 5 minutes if it is not.
A tooth pick inserted into the middle will come out clean the top will be a light golden brown
the center will still jiggle a little. The cake will rise above the top of the sides but will go bake down after cooling This is important not to over bake it will be dry. When finished baking cool on a cooling rack to room temperature.
Remove pan, refrigerate for @ least 4 hours and better overnight.
When ready to serve spoon over your favorite canned pie filling,I used blueberry or a homemade sauce would be great.ENJOY!

hopefully you got it a a good price. I stocked up when it was on sale, but
it has gone back up in price now.  It really sounds good and I have printed.
Thank you for sharing.

Yes this sounds delicious, I have one I make that calls for 4 packs of cream cheese, not crust, and it too is delicous. Posted the recipe a long time ago on here, Going to give yours a try too. Love cheesecake and it is just so expensive in the stores and since I moved to Danville from Tampa and we do not have a Publix here I started making my own. My ex had made it in Tampa and I did not attempt it which he thought unusual since I love cheesecake so much but was buying it from Publix when it was a good deal. Now they want  too much. I had hunted for the best cheesecake in Tampa and found Publix made the best. Kalupa's Bakery back in the 80's made a great one too. Not too sure they are even open now. Used to work there many years ago. Everyone have a fantastic day.
