This is the carrot cake recipe I used ............ I can't speak for it I've never tasted it - CARROT CAKE : PREHEAT OVEN 350* BAKE 50-60 mins or until toothpick inserted into the center come out clean 2 CUPS APF 2 CUPS SUGAR 1/2 TEAS.SALT 1 TEAS.BAKING SODA 2 TEAS.CINNAMON 3 EGGS 1 1/2 CUPS CANOLA OIL 2 TEAS VANILLA 2 CUPS GRATED CARROTS 1 -8 OZ. CAN WELL DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE 1 CUP COCONUT 1 CUP WALNUTS CHOPPED DIVIDED IN HALF 1/2 CUP RAISINS ( OPTIONAL ) Combine flour,sugar,salt, baking soda and cinnamon in a large bowl stir to mix well,set aside.in another bowl combine eggs,oil and vanilla mix well add this to the dry ingredients stirring well.Stir in carrots,coconut,pineapple, 1/2 the walnuts and raisins if adding.Pour into a greased,floured 13x9" cake pan and bake as directed.Cool in pan on a cooling rack.Frost with the frosting recipe used for the pineapple,banana walnut cake Sprinkle the other half of the walnuts on top of the cake after frosting.

Oh You baked my recipe,You don't trust my judgement when I say something is good ? lol I wouldn't have posted it if wasn't good you should know that by now.
