I think you'll like it! It's kind of rich so I cut the bars rather small. You can also use pecans instead of walnuts. lol

I have everything but the cake mix!! lol lol  Will pick one up on Wed. but will not
make it until after I weigh in on Wed. morning! lol lol Hubby is going to love this
one too!!

After much searching, I found Verlee's recipe for the German Choc Caramel Layer Squares!  Thank you so much Verlee for this recipe.  Will be making this within the next few days.

Carol, how have you been doing this season? I know they say the average weight gain between Thanksgiving and New Years is 7 to 10 pounds.  I will be happy if I maintain.  I don't try  to lose this time of year I just try to maintain.

Nikki,  For the last 2 Thanksgivings I have lost weight. This year was only .6 lbs but every little bit
helps. I will try to maintain for the rest of the year. When you weigh in Jan. they call it virgin weight
so they don't put down what you have gained or lost over the holidays. lol lol When I made Verlee's
bars I had 2 small pieces and hubby will eat the rest. It's disgusting but he never gains weight. lol
