Cream cheese and brownies just seem to go so well together. I have just copied this.  I am looking for something truly decadent to bring to my meeting next month.  Going between Lemon squares, or a Lemon, berry coffee cake or a brownie.

I just might have to make 2 things. The brownie is high on the list.  Toying with the idea of bringing Lemon Poppy-seed pound cake.  Sounds light for a hot summer day.

Maybe 20 years ago I had a recipe for poppy seed pound cake --- baked in a 5x9 loaf pan.   It was GREAT....... and I haven't seen the recipe in years.    It really hurts to lose a  much loved recipe
