I made this yesterday, and we had it with eggs this morning as a coffee cake. We really enjoyed it. I thought that it might be dry as the batter was so thick, but it wasn't at all!!. A very good recipe that will go in my permanent file!!! Thanks, Mikki! P.S. I have a 9x9 pan that was made by Wilton.
