I love peppermint bark, have never made it. I have made the peppermint fudge from this site and love it!
Hope yours is a hit!

The recipe on this site - white baking squares studded with crushed peppermint candies then dipped in chocolate - is one of my next projects.  I have all the ingredients and can't wait.

I had found a recipe on the other Chocolate site that I think may have meshed into this one.  But the recipe was for an Almond Bark using Smokehouse Almonds.  I thought it was strange at first but when I tried it the flavors were great together.  The smoke flavor with the chocolate and the stronger salt flavor was perfect.
