I came across this recipe and noticed one similar to this one on this site.Anyway I made this this morning and it is great! No heating up the oven. NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES You will need an ungreased 9x13 pan 1 cup butter melted = 2 sticks 2 cups graham crackers crumbs 2 cups confectioners sugar 1 cup peanut butter (your choice chunky or smooth) Mix the above ingredients until well mixed and press evenly into the 9x13 ungreased pan. 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (your choice semi-sweet or dark) 1/4 cup peanut butter Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave stirring often, just until melted then stir in the remaining peanut butter. Spread evenly over the peanut butter mixture and refrigerate until it is set,cut into bars and enjoy !  I don't know if this is a cookie or a candy but it sure is good

I made this for our family reunion and everyone loved them! My nieces hubby proclaimed if he ever knew he was going to die he would like to go out after eating three 9x13 trays of these.lol I guess that's a compliment.I really like these in fact so much I will only make these if I'm taking them somewhere or having company because I would eat the whole tray myself and that is a definite NO NO !

That 3-2-1 cake is so nice if you just want a little something sweet. My neice lets her kids make them and then they put cool whip and fruit on top.I forgot all about these.maybe tomorrow I'll make some for dessert, that won't heat the house up either.

i had mixed mine 1/2 and half with choc and strawberry cake mixes    it's stored in the zip-loc square bowls stacked right by the m.w. don't know why i took so long to get back to it

i'm wondering what would happen if i dropped in a couple (?) of choc chips  in the choc   or a little fresh strawberry w that one?
