welcome amanda

good choices are, as always cookies, cupcakes, brownies and muffins

and other items you can sell in individual portions

add to that  bar cookies too            most good cookie recipes can be easily made in a cake pan and cut into bars----------------easier and faster -------and also yummy

Hi Amanda......welcome....Nellie V has great ideas.....at this moment, I can't think of another thing.  Good luck with your participation in a bake sale.  I enjoy baking for Church and School bake sales.  Usually, that money goes to great causes!  My specialty is Cupcakes, however, I do dabble in cookies and fudges.

Welcome, Amanda! I have found that cupcakes are the hottest bake sale item lately. If you can find the baking molds, cupcake pops are fun and sell well too.

Welcome Amanda S

Bundt cakes (cut in 1/2  & even single servings), small coffee cakes would be good. Some people would like dessert but not want the whole cake.
Apple, pumpkin, cranberry & cinnamon says "Autumn" to me. You can add any of them to cakes, cookies, muffins.

Good luck & good baking

Good morning and welcome Amanda.
Cookies are always great but I have 2 suggestions.
1. Make the cookies HUGE and sell them individualy wrapped.
2. Make the cookies itty bitty and sell them by the bag, 10 or 12 to the bag.

I think bar cookies are easiest to make and wrap.  Magic Layer Bars or 7 Layer Bars what ever you call them they are always a hit.
I have a recipe that I posted and it may be in my recipe box for Oatmeal Carmelita Bars.  These are wonderful oatmeal, caramel, chocolate chips and nuts what's not to like about that.

If this is a school sale you may have to omit nuts in most of the items but if you do not have a restriction like that make sure you clearly lable items that contain nuts and or peanut butter.
You may even want to have a few items that are gluten free.  There are several Chex Cereals that are Gluten Free so making a snack like the "Puppy Chow" or something like that would be a big seller for everyone.
Good luck on the sale.

Welcome Amanda.  I'm so far past the bake sale era, I don't have a suggestion.  You'll love this site.

Welcome, Amanda - When I lived in Iowa the first thing that went at all of our bake sales was homemade fudge, with and without nuts.  I always loved participating in the bake sales because I could buy some of the fudge before the sale started ( I know, unfair advantage!).  I usually contributed large and small cookies, cupcakes and small loaves of breads (such as banana, blueberry, etc.).  Good luck and have fun at your bake sale!
