I seem to remember making lots of cupcakes and decorated brownies for the school bake sales.  Of course that was a while ago since my kids are both grown now lol.  Fudge usually goes really quick at the sales. You could put that in a small disposable container and not even have to cut it.  I found the small plastic containers from frozen mac n cheese work well for this.
