Congrats on the new baby Grand daughter! I do go to Panera Bread but have never had the pumpkin muffies.I'll have to have my hubby go there and get me one to try.I love their shortbread cookies oh so good and buttery ! not healthy at all LOL! Well I'm glad I found the same recipe, just by going on what you described.I'll keep looking.I worked in a deli and some of these muffins, bread dough, cinnamon rolls and cookies come frozen then they are baked at the store. We had several different types of muffins and they came in a big tub all we did is scoop it out into the muffin tins and bake. They are probably get the muffin dough and doctoring it up with sugar.,I was so disappointed when I found out how they baked,I wanted to learn new things. My neighbor owns a bakery and some of her bakery is made in the same way.
