Different?  I guess that means no traditional baked ham ;-)
How about a picnic?   Fried chicken, (hot dogs?)  potato salad, baked beans, deviled eggs ...........

This site has some really good brunch casserole recipes.  A fine casserole with a good salad, great bread and desserts??

I like to serve overnight french toast.  You can make it ahead, refrigerate, then bake the next morning.
While it is in the oven, set the table, finish up a fresh fruit bowl.
Set out a platter of bacon, sausage & ham.
Not much else is needed except beverages.
There are serveral recipes for overnight, stuffed french toast on this site.  Carnation evaporated milk works especially well in these.

VBB has a good Brunch Sausage Casserole that I've made. Recently I've changed it up a bit by switching to turkey sausage, instead of pork. I also use half regular eggs and half egg whites, and add some sauteed peppers for more color.
