DONNA W; GRAN A here;I use ONLY W/W. flour.....RULE of THUMB: for each cup o f AP flour SUBSTITUTE one cup WW. FLOURles 2TBS & increase BP from one to two tsp per cup of flour used; hope his helps!?
As I only use whole wheat flour I would like to know if the amount of ww flour is the same as the white flour amount. Are there any other changes needed in the recipes?
