We have had some trouble getting a handle on this, as you may have noticed, but the issue will be fixed on Friday. We apologize for you and other VBBers having to ask these questions multiple times. Brownie Points have not been "worth" anything consistently for some time and we'd like to change that. We are developing a new program and will enlist your help, as well as other VBBers, to make sure it is valuable to everyone.

For several days my brownie points did not increase. This problem seems to have finally been fixed. I now see the point total increasing.

Teri, I am beginning to tend to agree. My recipe box still isn't restored and all I see are basically negative posts. They really need to consider putting the old site back up until they BETA test this one a whole lot better.

Sometimes I think I am posting to a certain posting and find out I had started a new post. Not good because not what I had intended I was responding to someone and oops new post. Sorry about any boos boos. Glad site is being worked on. Have had problems getting my postings to go through and get credited for them. Happened the other day no matter what I did could not get my brownie points. Thanks stafffor letting us know

If only that were true - I log in every day and my point total never changes/ this site now sucks. I doubt i'll keep coming - or remain a nestle customer. If you can't do a website, how can I trust your food processes?

We are so sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with the site; you should be receiving points for logging in. The larger problem is that "points" haven't been valuable to our users for some time now and we are working to develop a program that is really exciting for our VBBers. What did you like/dislike about the Brownie Point program in the past? We would love to hear your thoughts!

Please know extensive testing was done on the site prior to launch but it is just not behaving the way it did in testing; we apologize for this poor user experience.
