Hi JOHN; I had the same problem ; solved it by using Chicken chest in my recipe.Family & friends around the country had a good laugh (at Nestle's) over that one; even the butcher laughed when I tried to purchase one # chicken "chest" meat for a recipe..Another solution,I used was : chicken "bre-ast" It became obvious to me that a computer program has been given the repaonsibility of keeping us all"VICTORIAN PROPER"..........
Also reminding me of the old saying GIGO: garbage in ; garbage out( as well or as poorly as a computer program is written; so will be the usefullness of that program.Don't blame everyone @ Nestle's; just the person who approved of that "watchdog" software
II cook a lot of white meat chicken ( chest meat) & have to thank( somebody at) Nestles's for the frequernt giggles.
In Response to Are things that childish???:
I tried to write a recipe containing chicken "bre-st", Notice no A for correct spelling. Do you think us incapable of adultood? Do you intend to become "Big Brother" and are you going to report us to the dietary police??? Things must be going very very wrong wherever you are located ! Did your parents raise you feeling so superior as to tell us what is right and wrong? I take great huberance at your inference of my rearing. Please tell Nestle's they have more to worry about than my spelling.
