Every time we make PB fudge it will not harden up, it stays soft.  I am looking for a real easy recipe.  Or if someone might know what I am doing wrong.  Thanks!!

I make fudge using Nestles Chocolate Chips and Butterscotch chips.  I add one can of Eagle Brand Milk and 1/2 teasp. vanilla.  I micro it and turn it into a glass pan and then put it in the refrigerator.  Peanut Butter ought to be able to be added.

Do you make the old fashioned cooked kind?  I find that hardens more than the kind that uses marshmallow cream.

William, if you are looking for a new recipe, type in "peanut butter fudge" in the search bar near the top of this page. There are several recipes listed there, some from VBB and some from our fellow forum bakers.

Hey, William!

This may be due to a lack of evaporation taking place, which can result from humidity, the pan size is too small or the mixture did not come to a full rolling boil, prior to timing it. I really hope this feedback results in a great batch of fudge for you. Feel free to let us know how the next batch comes out!

There was a Peanut Butter Fudge that Alton Brown did on an episode of Good Eats on the Food Network I am sure you could find it.  It was done in the microwave.

I think in the Holiday section of the Forums there is a conversation with Fudge recipes and I think there is a recipe for a Peanut Butter Fudge posted there.
the title is Fudge For All.....Recipes needed and I did just check and there is a Peanut Butter Fudge recipe posted by Gale.
