One of the things I have looked forward to is baking cookies at Christmas. Nestle came out with those swirled baking morsels and I was so excited! I was so upset to learn that they are a discontinued item. Nestle won't let us buy them but they will make them for their pre made mix!!! Not fair Nestle. What did we do wrong that you won't let us use them anymore? Is there anything we can do to get them back?

Then if not many were sold, can't they just cut down on the number of packages of them they make so at least some of us can enjoy them?! Even if they sold them at certain times of the year would make me happy.....say during holiday times like Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. How about it VBB? Is that a possibility????

I thought I was the only one to remember the special shaped ones.
I think if Nestle got the "special" morsels out to the stores at least 2 months before a holiday, they would sell better. I waited & waited for the dark cho. & mint chips & finally got a few bags right before Christmas. I went to the same store Jan. 7th & the chips were on clearance (the store got several doz. bags AFTER Christmas) so I bought more.

Maybe if Nestle got their products out to the stores early enough for "bakers" to buy them for holiday baking, they would sell more.

Your store wil(possibly)order an item foryou.Get the (UPC)bar code# write it on a 3"x5" card & give it to your store's manager/director or customer service clerk; maybeboth

.
Have your friends,local family & neighbors do that as well.

Call the store, each week to follow up.It may take months but stores;have listened to me/us.Then once the item is back in stock; have those same friends, family & neighbors pick up at least one pkg;you too;PLAY FAIR; don't let the store be" stuck" w/ an item that you requested

My experiencehasben thatoncean item isrestocked;itoften sellsout&becomesa popuar, well soldtem.Retailers don'tgive items enough shelf time to become popular, before discontinuing them( too little shelf space/ need to make a quick profit; etc.
