I appreciate you trying to improve the site, but that would be like changing the tried & true tollhouse cookie recipe! I am having a difficult time navigating the site, and cannot find my old favorite areas. At least my recipe box seems to be intact!

I think it will take us a while to get adjusted to all of the changes on this new website.  It is different from the other, but is nice looking.  I am trying to figure out how to navigate it now.

I don't like it at all. Where are my points? I like to see them on the home page.

I agree!  I find the site to be SLOW.  How do you find anything?  I found only 2 things - their recipes (how do you get to Swapped Recipes?) and Baking Memories (who do you get to Baking Articles?).  The old site was bad enough.  But, this one is definitely not any better, maybe worse?

I like the looks of it, but it lacks the ease of navigation you had before.  STILL looking for the link to download the monthly calendar and recipe.

Thanks for sharing your opinion with us! We're continuing to improve our new site, and your input is very valuable to us as we go forward!

In the meantime, if there are specific things that you are having trouble finding, please share with us what you are looking for. We'd be happy to help you find it!

We're aware that some people are experiencing issues with their Brownie Points, and we're working to restore them.

We're also working on improving the site speed.

Swapped recipes will be gone temporarily - we will be bringing them back in the coming weeks.

Thank you for your patience with us as we work to make the new site as good as it can be.

I agree with the most recent posts - this "new" website is terrible!  Not easy to navigate, very confusing.  I also may decide to quit and find other easier recipe sights!  New and Improved isn't improved!! AliceR

This is one of the worst websites I've ever seen professionals show the public. I cannot believe you initiated this site without working out the bus first.

Not only that, but just try and unsubscribe. It doesn't work, of course. I tried to hit "no" to stop the annoying emails, but when I go back and check, it says YES again.

I would love to unsubscribe, but since you have it set to reinstate anyone that tries to do so, I will simply block you. It's a shame.

I like it so far.  It will take some getting used to the changes but I had been having trouble with the "old" site.  I believe this will be better particularly as they work the bugs out
