Yes, I lost all of my points and had to start all over. Hope that we all get out lost points back.

I lost all my points and sadly to say Very best baking is no longer one of my daily sites to visit. It is hard to navigate, understand and to top it off all the points disappeared. They should have explained this to us before they made such a radical change. They could have waited to the end of the year and start us then when our points were 0. They chose to take away our points and in doing so the have taken the fun part of their site. Too Bad for them.

We heard your feedback before about wanting more updates and fresher content; we hope you'll take a look around the site and find your old favorites. We are actually working on an even better program than just points; we really want you to be a part of it!

Well I read up on browni points on the bottom of the home page you can earn 50 points each time you start a discussion, post or
get a recipe . Far better than 5 points a day for logging in . So keep posting and discussing baby . don't give up on VBB,
oh besides as far as Hersheys web site they have a message board I haven't found it so to speak . I just go there for recipes if
I need a particular one . Just when I get use to one message board things change .

Let me start off saying to everyone transitions . . . change . . . or whatever words you wish to call it are never easy. Website transitions are one of the hardest to do. I too like many of you have lost brownie points here, but these points are just the tip of the iceberg for me anyway. I do not know about the rest of you but, I cannot find my way around here at all. How do you find new recipes? How do you add recipes? How do you find you recipes that you uploaded? I am so glad I had most of my recipes still no paper!

I miss the OLD WEB Site at least we could find out way around there. I am not saying that site should not upgrade change. But, you took down a site that gave us what . . . in return . . . yes it pictures flash at us, (and for any of you besides myself who gets headaches this get old real fast).

What we needed we had with the older web site was a user friendly site. It aloud users find our recipes, ask our questions if we had them, upload our recipes to the site and grab a few coupons and we cannot for get the bonus contest that you ran that made us what to come back even more.

I miss that warmth of the other site, I do not know about everyone else but this is my thoughts.

My points haven't all disappeared...yet....but they are not adding up correctly. I've lost points that should have been added to my total but for some reason they are not totaling up. Then, too, like the rest of you, I am also losing points daily by not being able to do things on the site. Quite often I try to post a comment and I'm not allowed to...constantly takes me back to the home page. So I eventually just give up. It's very frustrating to waste all that time typing up comments just to have nothing happen. I've been trying to be patient through all this and give VBB time to get things up and working correctly. Trying to think positively that the site may turn out to be better than ever. But when is that going to happen?! From the comments I read here, it seems more and more VBBers are leaving the site for good! That's sad!

I was able to log in and had my old points, but it doesn't look like new ones are accumulating. I miss the old site!!

Points are now earned for signing in, reviewing recipes, and posting in the forums. These points are updated about every 4 hours. You may have noticed that "points" haven't really been valuable to VBBers for some time now and we would like to change that! Can you share your favorite parts about the Brownie Point program and what hasn't worked for you in the past?

My points are bobbing up and down....like a yo-yo!! At their highest number, they still aren't up to what they should be if I've earned any points at all during this changeover. I'm wondering....if the points are updated every 4 hours, why aren't they continually getting higher instead of bobbing back to what they were before the site changed???
I am totally confused here about that!!!
I like the idea of getting points for posting on the forums. But I'd much rather receive points like we did before.....for reviewing and rating recipes, reading articles, submitting swapped recipes, etc. That was kind of nice and fun to do! Any chance you can add some of those things to our receiving points, VBB????

Right offhand, I can't think of any other ideas right at the moment.....other than the ones I already mentioned in my previous post. If I think of any, I will be sure to post them or contact you to let you know.
Does anybody else here on VBB have any ideas that aren't coming to my mind at the moment? Please share them if you do!
