Just mix it together with a whisk.  Sifting is sort of passe' today.  Your bread should come out just fine.  Good Luck!!

Yes, I agree. I haven't sifted in years, just mix the dry ingredients together with a fork

I don't own a sifter ....... I really wonder if I shouldn't buy one  just in case.

I use a sifter or a strainer. You can use the dip-level-pour method also. Just dip up the flour, level it off and shake it back into the bag loosely then measure. Unfortunately, I keep my flour in the fridge and it will settle down so, sifting is virtually a necessity. And, some recipes really need it sifted.

When you have a chance buy yourself one,(maybe an early Christmas gift) you can use it to sift powdered sugar on cakes instead of frosting using a doily or just cut out a design & sift on the sugar (check out the photo of the pumpkin roll). It is less stress on your wrist than using a wisk.You will not use it often but you will be glad you have one when the recipe calls for it.
