I tried to answer this but, got that stupid page with the server is temprarily.....

It has happened over several days.

I noticed today when I had to "SIGN ON" again that the forums looked like they had changed. Oh Boy I thought! Maybe the type will be nice and readable on the posts. My bad as the kids say. It is still all faded and funky.  The only difference is the stuff that you copied from the bottom and put on the top too. Also, the dates were moved from the right to the left which makes it VERY DARNED DIFFICULT TO CATCH THE LATEST DATED POST!!! They are all mixed in with the other info and since clicking on the stars DO NOT take you to the first new posts, I used the dates to find them. Now, I keep missing them. Can you please put the dates back on the right side so they are totally unobstructed and easier to view????

Limited edition cookie dough has the mint swirled chips, why can't Nestle make more & sell the SWIRLED ones instead of the mint & cho. ones? I think more people would buy the swirled ones & not just for the Christmas holidays. Also, the stores near me never did get the holiday toppers in.

Darn, I forgot to ask why the swirled mint chip cookies  are a limited edition, I would buy them year round. I think a red swirled(candy cane peppermint flavor) would be a better limited edition for the holidays.

We're sorry for the frustration you're experiencing but we just aren't seeing what you are seeing.  Could you contact us through our email/Contact Us form so that we can get a screen shot from you so we can work to fix this issue?

When I logged on last night (1/23/2011), the list of forums in the Water Cooler and Ask Very Best Baking were in deep, vibrant colors and so easy to read. When I clicked on a discussion in them, the posts were still real faded looking like they have been all along. But, the little gold boxes with "start a new discussion", "add  new post" and another one with a spot to type in called "search this discussion for" were listed across the top of each discussion page.

The date listed on the right side, top of each new post was on the left side,  right above the avatar and name of the person posting and something else was there too but, I can't remember what. All of the info on the left sort of ran together.  Also, the background of everyother post was a different color shade. But tonight, they are back to the way they were before. Makes no sense at all.

What is  happening? I also am having to sign in again every day and getting out of a forum after posting still takes from 5-15 clicks on the back arrow.

PRINTING RECIPES .....
Thank you for changing (at least some) the print color of the recipes to Black ... so much easier to use than the previous pale lilac.
But - I wish there were a better way of printing the recipes found here.

I just printed Peanut Butter Heart Cups a small, fast recipe and it took 5 (!!) pages of paper.
Please, isn't there a better way to arrange the recipes for printing?
I cannot afford to keep printing the recipes I want.

Nancy, at least you could read it! I printed one and it came out in a 1 1/2"x2" box!! Even the magnifier wouldn't work to make it readable!

Wa-Ha K ... That's terrible and funny at the same time .

I've printed dozens of recipes here and every single one has taken at least 2 pages of paper.  Because of this,  very often I just copy and paste if I want  a photo

I don't know if it was you who allowed me to add a post to anything as I had been locked out for 2 days. I can now discuss in the forums. The worse part was that I could not use"contact us" link. Had to go to my e-mail and contact you fom there. All is working OK now. PEACE

It is now Feb. 2011 & I just tried to print a coupon for the morsels & evap.milk & got the pop up that I already printed the number of times allowed. I printed in Nov. 2011. Are we now limited to 2 a year?????????

It was bad enough when we were limited to 2 a month, I had hoped we could have printed at least 4 a month (1 a week). I really do not want to buy a cheaper brand, but being on a fixed income, I have to save any way I can.

I hope to be able to print coupons soon.

Any one else having this problem?

Fran, the last time that I could print was Nov. too.  I try to stock up before
the holidays. I could not print coupons in Dec., Jan., or Feb. I also had 2
emails from them that had the option to print coupons. Nothing worked!!!
I emailed them about it too and nothing was done. I'm not a happy
camper right now!!!!

Linda B, I got the email on Feb 2 with the option to print the coupons.
The message that I got was that I used them already. How could you
have used your limit when it was Feb 2. It does not make sense!!
Hope they fix it soon!!!!

I laugh every time I get an email with coupons, like the valentine cookie coupon in the last email, because I can never print them. I print coupons from coupons sites and freebie sites all over the internet, but not here. It will always say I've printed the limit. I printed coupons when I first joined in May, and never since.

You should be able to print 2 coupons per month.  We are looking into this now so that you can get the coupons you deserve.  We appreciate your patience while we correct this.

Thanks for your question.  The contest is being held on facebook because of the existing functionality they have to support submissions and judging by other bakers.  In the future we'd love to host baking contests here once we create a space for it.  We've learned to take our time when building new parts of the site moving forward!
