May I suggest that VBB add calorie counts to its recipes? That would help a great deal.

Mary Jo, this information is available on most of our recipes. All you have to do is click on "Nutritional Info" which is located under any recipe picture. You might run across some recipes that do not have this information entered yet, but we are working on making this available for all of our Very Best Bakers! Hope you enjoy this great feature.

By Jove it worked!!
I added a recipe yesterday with out a hitch. No gooey in the middle.
The recipe I added was for the Chocolate Zucchini Cake.

I am looking for baking recipes for a family member who is allergic to eggs and milk. I ran across an article for Garbage Can Chocolate Cake from July of 2003 but I cannot access the receipe. Can you find it for me, please?

However, please be aware that you posted your question in a section of the forums that is generally used to ask us here at VBB any questions you might have. For better response to this, you might want to try posting it on one of the other Forum boards, where other bakers like yourself can help if they have the recipes available.

I am a coupon mother of 5 boys, so I have to watch my pennys. Can you tell me where
I can find coupons for caned pumkin. Its getting closer to Thanksgiving. I like
to have things on hand, so I am not running around like a chicken with its
head cut off. I hope you can help me out.

I had been looking for Libbys canned pumpkin and was told that it should be on the shelves towards the end of Sept. I was at the WalMart in Oneonta and guess what? NO Pumpkin. I use it all year round and am very disappointed. I am heading down to Florida and hope that I can find it there. Please let me know what is happening.

We anticipated a shipment date of September 12 with expected store arrivals within 2 weeks to follow. So you can start looking for Libby's Pumpkin at your local supermarket around the last week of September, first two weeks of October.

I still have been unable to find the canned pumpkin. I use it a great deal and hope when I return to FL I will be able to find it. What is going to happen next year since they are saying this year's pumpkin crop is down because of the hurricane and cold weather?

Cindy, I haven't seen any pumpkin coupons yet. But here in California they include lots of coupons in our Sunday newspaper. I'll keep my eyes open for you and if I find any I'll let you know.

Angela, our crop this year was very healthy and bountiful. It was not affected at all by inclement weather. In regards to next year, we are not anticipating a shortage, but this will depend on consumer purchasing trends.
