I am attempting to make both Vanilla and Peanut Butter Fudge.  These trays have not SET UP.  They are both still very STICKY more like a "Taffy" consistancy.  Neither recipe called for 'Morsels', but did call for Marshmallow Creme'.  Any thoughts or suggestions?   I may just substitute both the Vanilla and Peanut Butter Morsels for the Semi Sweet as shown in your Nestle Very Best Fudge Recipe.  I hope the second batch of these comes out better....  Thanks for your assistance.

Christine - what recipe did you use?  Did you make any substitution?  Did you read the oz. amount show on each pkg. or jar you used?  (each container, no matter what, keeps getting smaller or containing less) The older recipes can call -for example - 16 oz of marshmallow creme, but now the jars, which look the same, contain only 12 oz..

If you search through this site you'll find peanut butter and white fudge recipes that work.  I know they work because I use them Smile
