This is the recipe your'e looking for, I know. It used to be on the Kraft Marshmallow Creme Bottle . They changed it ro use baking chocolate and it didn'come out right for me. Last yearI looked long and hard for this one without success and lo and behold The Houston Chronicle put it in a candy article....voila!!! But if you start looking at Fantasy Fudge recipes you can look for a long time and not find the right combo.....here it is Fantasy Fudge3 c granulated sugar3/4 c margerine or butter (1 1/2 sticks)2/3 c evaporated milk12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips7oz jar marshmallow cream1 t vanilla1 c chopped nuts (optional)Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 qt saucepan, bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.Continue gently boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream vanilla and nuts.Beat until blended.Pour into greased 13 by 9 baking pan. (Actually I line my pan with cheap alluminum foil and just lift out of pan when cool, much easier).Let cool and cut into 1 inch squares.
