Live Chat knew less than I did about the new site!  This is just awful - cannot get my points so I have WASTED 9 months collecting Brownie Points which now will mean nothing!  Thanks a lot!

You can currently accumulate Brownie Points for doing the following:

Logging into our website - 100

Submitting a recipe review - 50

Posting to the forum - 50

Starting a forum discussion - 50

Considering the site is only awarding anyone "5" points for logging in, why do all these posts state that you get 100 points?

We apologize for the trouble you're having with the site.  As you can see, the Brownie Points system is not working correctly.  We're working hard to fix that and hope we can earn your patience through this process!

I noted some concerns and was ignored!  I find this upsetting because I tried to make the most of it, started several discussions, listed recipes and take part in other memebers discussions and that is the thanks you get!
