ABSOLUTELY NOT FAIR to discontinue the coupon feature without a warning that this would be done.  I am thinking you just lost some of your most loyal contributors and/or customers!!  My question is....do YOU think this was a fair practice on your part?  I will be most interested in your response...and...your answer will determine whether I stay with Nestle (been using this site since '05) or not.

Re post this under Ask VBB I think they may respond a bit faster or better yet try the on line chat you will get a response right away. Then you can let us know.....

I actually did that 15 days ago  and they still have made no response to anything at all marked with a   ?

After I posted my comment I realized that this is under Ask VBB so I am sorry about that.  
Did you call the chat line?  You might get a faster answer that way.

Thank you for answering both of my posts.  I realize everyone experiences technical difficulties (my computer does that for me all the time!).  I am happy that the coupons are back....now I can bake my favorite chocolate chip cookies again!!

Coupons help us keep prices a little more reasonable.  They are a help to our budget.
