Why can't I print coupons?  When I click I get the message telling me I've a;ready used it the number of times allowed. But I haven't printed them for over a month.   I thought I was a

Why can't I print coupons? When I click I get the message telling me I've a;ready used it the number of times allowed.
But I haven't printed them for over a month. I thought I was allowed to print once a month.

Wish I could help, Nancy, but sorry....I've almost always had trouble with printing out the VBB coupons, even on the old site. I used to get that message up then, even if I hadn't printed them in months. Also, after printing them, many times my VBB page would simply close out and disappear!! I eventually gave up on printing coupons here very often. It wasn't worth the aggravation. I've actually been waiting now until they get this new site completely fixed and then I was going to once again try to print the coupons and hope that they work!!
I'm anxious to hear though how VBB answers your question. It's probably another one of the glitches here they are working on yet!

We apologize that you'll have to take this extra step but we cannot "track" those that have trouble printing on the site for privacy reasons.

Today was the very 1st time I saw this site and was able to print a coupon with not trouble. However, before it printed, a message popped up asking if I wanted to "debug" and I said yes...then it printed. Just thought I'd share.

That's neat that VBB will mail us the coupons!! A couple other companies have done that for me in the past as well when I had difficulty printing their online coupons.

Marilyn, what does "debug" mean? Doesn't seem like one should have to do something like that to print a coupon. I've never had anything like that come up on other sites when I've printed coupons. Has anyone else here on VBB gotten that "debug" popup?

However, there was no place on the contact form to put my address for them! It only asked for my name, email address, and phone number. On the old site, I always had to put my mailing address in even though they normally contacted me by email. Does VBB now have our address on file so we no longer have to put it into the contact form?

When you receive your coupons remember to use them at any store thate doubles / triples them.

Yikes Maxine.....I've never tried that .... Only one store - over in the next town - does that. Thanks to your post I'm going to try that. I hope their original price makes that worth while.
