Half-and-Half

Is a mixture of milk and cream. Frequently homogenized, it contains 10 1/2% to 18% milkfat. One tablespoon of half-and-half has 20 to 30 calories.
Lowfat Milk

Contains 1% to 2% milkfat. Federal law requires Vitamin A fortification; Vitamin D fortification is optional, but customary.

    - Preheat oven to 350º F
    - Break dough along pre-scored lines and place on baking sheets.
    - Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
