Produce more even browning.
Measuring Liquids
Pour liquids such as water, juice, syrup, and oil into a liquid measuring cup. Reading the measure at eye level while the cup is resting on a table, counter or other flat, level surface.
All-Purpose Flour
Is a low-protein flour blend of hard and soft wheats. High-protein forms are used chiefly for batters and breads. All-purpose flour may be used for most home baking, including cakes, cookies, quick breads and yeast breads. Substitute 3/4 c. plus 2 T all-purpose flour for 1 c. cake flour.
