this is ok for melting chocolate, the video of what it looks like when it's ready to stir is good, and the example of what happens when it siezes is very helpful, too. Not a video about tempering, so just melting it isn't going to make it shiney and pretty like those strawberries, but for simple melting this isn't bad.
