How to Hatch a Fun Easter Party

Easter time is family time. Generations come together to celebrate the renewal of life, so here are activities that the whole family can enjoy. Serve foods that are fun for all ages. A pastel-drenched feast also satisfies the sweet tooth.

Decorating Easter Eggs

· After dying in pastel colors, consider adding metallic trim, ribbon, sparkles and cutouts using a glue gun.

· Hang your prized Easter egg creations from a tree branch set in a sturdy flowerpot.

· Hang colorful plastic Easter eggs from ribbons off the branches of trees in your yard.

Setting the Easter Table

· Swag pink, green and yellow crêpe paper streamers and tulle from dining room center to walls.

· Place a tall vase of yellow tulips in the center of your table. Sprinkle pastel confetti around it.

· Wrap pink and yellow cutlery in napkin and fasten with yellow curling ribbon.

· Set an Easter basket wrapped in colorful cellophane at each place setting. Consider adding candies and small trinkets.
