Gingerbread 
DO NOT CONSUME RAW COOKIE DOUGH.  Use Safe food handling procedures.
1 - PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
2 - SPOON heaping teaspoons of well-chilled dough about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
3 - BAKE 14 to 15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
4 - COOL on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely
HIGH ALTITUDE:  Bake at 350 degrees F for 16 to 17 minutes.
